News - REDUX and Kickstarter

After a few initial bumps in the road, progress on my new fabric collection REDUX is moving forward nicely. I have received a second set of strike-off's which need review and approval before going into final production.

At the same time, I have been very busy pulling together all of the details of my Kickstarter campaign. Yes that's right - Kickstarter! I am so excited (and slightly overwhelmed) As you can imagine, there are numerous details to cover in launching your own product, least of which is getting your head around the upfront costs required to get the project off the ground. As a means to off-set some of this initial investment, I have decided to crowd source my funding via Kickstarter.

Kickstarter is a great tool which allows small start-up's (that's me!) to reach a truly worldwide market. My project page will be exposed to a whole new audience - folks I would not otherwise ever reach. I hope to discover a new following of supporters, folks who feel passionate about my vision and will want to contribute to make my project a reality. I hope to launch my Kickstarter in September. My campaign video is being filmed this month, stay tuned for sneak peaks and much more.
